From the highway A7 (Genova), exit at piazza Maggi. Take the overpass in direction of Centro-viale Liguria. Drive on viale Liguria, viale Tibaldi, viale Toscana until via Ripamonti, turn left on corso di Porta Vicentina, then take corso di Porta Romana until piazza Missori.

By train :

- From the Centrale railway station, take the subway yellow line (MM3) for 5 stops to Missori.
- From the Porta Garibaldi railway station, take the subway green line (MM2), change to the red line (MM1) at the Cadorna station and exit at the Duomo stop.

By airplane :

- From the Malpensa airport, take the Malpensa Express to the Cadorna railway station. Then follow the directions above.
- From the Linate airport, take the bus 73 to San Babila, then the subway red line to Duomo.
